Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize vicked to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon amount. Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber.
3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at hello@vicked.design or on any of the Trello tasks’ comments section. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final design files provided by vicked. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless specifically requested otherwise. Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design files for your business purposes.
5. Confidentiality We respect the confidentiality of your projects and agree not to disclose any information related to your business, projects, or designs to any third party without your permission.
6. Revisions and Delivery Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of your subscription plan. Revisions must be requested through the designated project management system. Delivery: We strive to deliver design requests within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the request and current workload.
7. Client Responsibilities Content Provision: You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progress. Feedback: Constructive feedback is essential for us to deliver designs that meet your expectations. Please provide clear and specific feedback during the revision process.
8. Limitation of Liability vicked is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of our services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription during the month in which the claim arose.
9. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to vicked or its clients.
